Why I think it is easier to get a bronze medal, a gold medal?
If an equal number silver, gold and bronze, should not be so easy to get a gold medal and bronze? Is this something cons-intuitive?
No, because to get a gold medal still beat several people. Let's say there are only 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze. C If there are competing bidders, to win the gold while beating all other C-1 competition. To save money, you only have to win against C-2.
