How can I convince my parents?
I was offered an internship in India this summer. Experience would be one in life and I Wish I could go w / my best friends. I also talked to my counselor and told me that it really is my ticket to any university. You can even enjoy a plate of Peace Corps. The problem is that my parents .... Finances are not a problem .. who are more concerned about security and health. (1) My friends and my aunt, grandmother live w / us boil the water and makes us cookedmeals home for the duration of the trip (2). We will take all tablets required vaccinations to prevent diseases What can I say to convince me to let me go from couples?! HELPPP pleaseee im an impasse. I forgot to add that it will be housed in an urban area .. no villages or something. practices would be about 4 weeks
Triangle Consider Aristotle's rhetoric: ethos, pathos and logos. Ethos is an appeal to ethics. Convince your parents that you are a manager, mature and moral will not get out of trouble. Do a little research into practice and show that it is well established. Show that where it is located is safe. You can also use the ethics of their teachers, evidence of other cities, etc. Pathos is an appeal to emotions. You must tell your parents that it is a wonderful opportunity and you can not have another chance. Remember that you want the best for you and loves you and loves you. Logos is a logical resource. You can explain that it will be gone very long, which is under the protection of their friends and relations of your friends and that the benefits outweigh the risks.
