What equipment is needed for paintball? Need a helmet or a mask? Be specific, please: D
At least you need a face and a baseball cap baseball. Round Trip Paintball very fast and if they hit bare skin can leave a nasty Welt / bruising and may even blood. They certainly have the power to eliminate your eyes if you did not wear a mask. Also take a couple of layers of loose clothing toughknit help Inpact body.
