The construction of a Fokker DR 1?

There's someone who built a Fokker DR 1 (complete kit model aircraft) and has crushed? If so what happened?

It provides Experimentals unclear how they were constructed - A kit, a guy in a garage in the back of a photograph. It is also difficult to identify in the register of aircraft may be assigned any manufacturer, model number and serial number. This causes the same problem on the basis of the accident. However, there are a number of accidents recorded. I gave links to the reports of the NTSB but then I also summarized. 7/10/2002 Troutdale, OR: wheels collapsed left main landing, the plane flipped over. Nobody was injured. 2/2/1994 Auburn WA: collision damaged the steering air. Pilot maintains some control. Collided with trees on landing.
