What state should file a complaint with the AG?
To file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General against a company that does business in your state, but is located elsewhere, if the file with your state Attorney General, the headquarters state, or both? "You file with your state AG." Because the State AG has no obligation to protect someone from outside the state? So the answer would be different if the company does business in your state that through Internet?
File in your state. They will be free. The laws protecting consumers are generally state laws, and will taken as a general rule, the prosecutor's office states.
