I need an intense workout routine to get fit in a month for softball?!
I was outside ground for a little over a year and I'm looking at a backup in the spring of 2009. I am a pitcher / DH and I need a intense workout routine to get in great shape at January 12, 2009. Something like sprints, exercises legs, shoulders and back! Thank you and appreciate comments!
I played college softball for 3 years ... Conditioning: Training # A Warm Up - Butt Kicks2 x 20 yards - High Knees2 x 20 yards -- Back Pedal2 x 20 yards - Carica 2 x 20 yards - Shuffle 2 x 20 yard sprints: 12 sprints 30 meters: 12 minutes Race> section of 1.5 miles warm up routine B # -- Butt Kicks2 x 20 yards - High Knees2 x 20 yards - Back Pedal2 x 20 yards - Carica 2 x 20 yards - Shuffle 2 x 20 yard sprints: 6 - sprint 20 meters 5 - sprints 40 meters by 2 300 yard shuttle stretching routine that can not be too specific with weight training routine, because you know and not know their limitations, their strengths and weaknesses ... but here are some things to play. In groups of 3 years: silly Bell squats bicep curls Lance slept with a calf raises with dumbbells (in a step or almost) with extensions wrist curls triceps press the dumbbell incline bench all I can think of for now, I hope that this Help!
