Can Brute-Force Regime Change it?
Bill Clinton led a regime change by force in Yugoslavia, with a Republican Congress the counter and attack the whole way. He did it with real leadership, involving NATO, as no one - the German Luftwaffe flew for the first time since the Second World War. The whole world was with us and not one U.S. soldier dead. What emerges is yelling and screaming that the Republicans do, when three soldiers took a wrong turn and was captured. They said that was reason enough to end the war - "if a child is hurt. "Now we have a half dozen people every day in a total clusterfack because Bush encountered something he had no plan, no leadership skills for those supports.
Yes and no, you need a plan for the country after the war and international support.
