How to transfer funds from the Middle East to India and India in the United Kingdom for a company registered in the United Kingdom?
My boyfriend is a director of a company based in the United Kingdom, but is now a resident of India and the only agent of the company in India. Most customers are now in the East Stands. It's a pain to transfer funds from the Middle East in London on suspicion of terrorist money and lots of rules and regulations. Is there a legal way to take the money transferred to a bank account in India then the transfer of India to the United Kingdom? The limited liability company in the United Kingdom are not registered in India to date. RBI and FEMA not provide any banking channel such?
why i not in the Middle East in the UK ...? think that international banks Citibank / SBI could help ...
