What kind, if any, trees are like oak leaves, but they are oak trees?

I know this is vague, but is it some trees like leaves in Burr Oak or pin oak leaves are oak trees? His laboratory for ecology and I am trying to identify a tree that had "oak-like leaves much like the bark shingles. Any help would be appreciated. Do not ask for more details because frankly I do not.

If by "oak like" you are referring to the lobed leaves, the oak, blackberries and sassafras long lobed leaves that are regularly. Although I should mention that I saw a few black gum (Nyssa sylvatica usually a whole plant with leaves) which had a shallow lobes. If the sheet is almost as wide as long sweetgum, sycamore, maple, and also lobed. One key is whether an oak buds gathered final - the only other species of this feature is the icing on fire (clearly, as the oak leaves and the UN). Burr Oak is very variable, ranging from large leaves resemble a shadow like the white oak oak leaf of a chestnut.
