Ranger Regiment Chemdog think?

I am an E-5 chemical soldier to think through the ROP to enter the Ranger Regiment. I heard mean but its the fight against weapons could be difficult. My PT is decent and I soldier skills. I Land Navigation, shoot almost any type of weapon and combat experience. Any advice would be great.

ROP is the most difficult, but if you're not in shape is something going to suck. Life in the battalion, they suck Outta form when and if you can not handle the lifestyle. The boys of the RP are treated as NCOs were. They have different things we have done under all the cries and screams. Most were in the battalion before anyway. Chem One of my NCOs in LRS is in 2nd Batt for 2 years as a soldier in the late 80s and loved until he left and went to Germany. I say go ahead and not worry about your MOS. I was a young male, then the infantry. JAG I am now. I just talked to a fellow JAG SFC three weeks ago told me that liked Regt. This would be the best decision I could make a career without being a drill or go SF or Delta. Sua Sponte
