Can an executor get in trouble to give some relief to the heirs of a will, if there is a lot of money?
There is enough money but not much waiting, the heirs are in financial need now. Executor want a small fund to help each heir of the same and the rest at the end of the sequence.
Sounds like a plan. Be aware that if you end up with shortages, it is up to you solve this problem. I do not want more than 25% of what move the network can be expected.
