I am descended from royalty, but illegitimate. Could it be recognized as a member of the royal family yet?
I learned recently my family is a descendant of a prince of Bourbon. The problem is that the child that the prince had (my grandmother), born out of wedlock with someone that was not his wife. (Yes, I can prove it). I heard illegitimate children be recognized as members. As George Sidney and Fitzclarence Sophie, two illegitimate children of William IV, is recognized as 1st Earl of Munster and 2 of the Baroness de L'Isle and Dudley, respectively. In case of contact with the current leader House of Bourbon (who is Henri, Count of Paris) and convinced him to accept me as a member of the House, could be legitimate?
