Can anyone help identify a solid brass handle investor of a locomotive?

I have a handle brass investors, it is the following: EV4412 and the back has a mark that looks like a strange form of H or a capital i, depending on how you look, or try to find what age and what remains of the engine.

On the bronze began to be supplanted by plastic somewhere around 79 or 80 'or something. The end was more important, usually brown, hard plastic handle. It is flawless, however. One sees never one of those bugs more. The EMD old GE investors have no marks on them as you describe and remember and ALCO locomotives and Fairbanks Morse a strange bird in any degree, so I prefer not completely ruled out as a possibility, but for the fact there were brass instead of steel. Sorry if not much help ....
