Intelligence Corps....needing a little advice?

Iv recently been accepted into the british armys intelligence corps as an Operational Military Intel , although i have to stand up and give a speech in why i want to be within this corp. Generally its because i believe i can make a great effort and really enjoy the position. Its something i can see myself excelling in and would be proud of the difference my mind could make within this corp. id constantly thrive on the challenege of new experiences and push myself to learn new skills, taking pride in what i do....

i dont know if it even answers the question ( What is your chosen cap badge, and why?) ?

can anyone reword what i have said, or even give me a few tips please?

Many thanks
no....its not sitting at a computer and paying peoples salarys. If your going to be sarcastic, the first 2 comments. Its working in the state of the enemys mind, knowing what they are going to do before they do it. planning routes for our troops to take etc

Kristi,

Congrats from the US of A. You may know that we joke here about "Military Intelligence" being an oxymoron. However to understand the importance of your job you must understand that armies are now and have always been only as good as their intelligence capabilities. Stress this fact with your understanding that intelligence must be rapidly acquired and disseminated to allow commanders in the field to make decisions that could cost or save lives. Explain how you look forward to such an intellectually challenging assignment and you ready to learn whatever it takes to perform your duties to the best of your abilities. God Bless.
