What is this German WWII medal?

I am very curious to see what it is. It has a black swastika and a yellow and black ribbon attached to it.

This medal is a generic knock-off reproduction, the colors indicate it may have been a reproduction of a german life-saving medal much like a medal of honor given to soliders who saved another soldiers life. Most authentic nazi-era medals are red, white and black. black on black or blue and black. Some have green also but its rare. Medals with yellow ribbon on them are generally non-combat related medals such as souveniers or propaganda material.
The medal that you posted is very very generic reproduction, infact if you google "WWII Swastika Medal" thats the first medal that shows up...
