austrian lobstertail spiked helmet photo?
hello i wanted to know i have a book on austrian military uniforms there is a color section
that is acually art work but it show what looks like an austrian version of a lobstertail spiked
helmet it at lest seems that way my question is did the austrian ever use lobstertail spiked helmets
someone told me they never did but this photo seeems to resemble it maybe if anyone could
tell me if the austrians had these helmets or is it a mistake in the book maybe someone can post a
photo of an austrian lobstertail helmet (not) a german or prussian one
any info i would be greatful for

Look at the 1927 Auction Catalog for the estate of Archduke Eugen.
There were several lobster-tail pot helmet used by horsemen.
