Cleaning a white band uniform jacket around his neck?

I bought a white uniform jacket instock as a drum event major in my school (woo!) and wondered if anyone new a good way to clean around the neck to keep warm during matches football, so you must go to the cleaners every time.

Congratulations! My son is also with great fanfare, but the jacket is sent to the cleaner. I clean his bib in cold water on gentle cycle. Gloves were cleaned in the sink with hot water and Oxy Clean and soak for several hours. Believe me, you know how hot guys are in these games and competition. I am not sure, but you may be able to obtain such protective tissue for the neck.
