Recent news?

Can anyone remember a recent news (I think only in Wales) on a new monument shape of a dragon that has been published. All I can remember is that these regiments were from Wales, can not remember the conflict, but not that of Mametz. Any help would be greatly appreciated and maybe someone can point me in the rigth direction to learn more about this monument.

Is: Y Ddraig Goch gets a new coat of paint! The monument to the 38th (Welsh) Division of Wood Mametz action in the offensive Somme of 1916 was erected in 1987. This was done with money raised by subscription, mainly in Wales and efforts energetic Branch South Wales Association of the Western Front. Y Ddraig Goch (Red Dragon) - the national symbol of Wales - has been Sculpted by David Peterson, and is considered one of the best and most moving monuments in the western front. The dragon was recently damaged by pellet gun hunting, and needs painting and reconditioning. And hundreds of people in Wales who visit the monument each year and may notice its poor condition. Western Front Association (South Wales) is aware of the situation and, later this month, the dragon will be removed from its base at the Community War Graves Commission Arras workshops for repair. The renewal cost is £ 2,000 and will be received by members of the branch. A Once the renovation is completed, Y Ddraig Goch will be returned to its rightful position of protecting the wood, where many Welsh people have given their lives.
