Who replaced the Kaiser Wilhelm II?

Nobody! Germany became a republic in 1918. The first "Prime Minister" was Frederich Ebert Head of the Social Democratic Party. Now for a little detail: In the disastrous course of the Great War the power of the Emperor has fallen considerably. In 1917, he was a little more than a figurehead. The rule was led by General Erich Ludendorff, who works as a dictator. When "Kaiser's Battle" in 1918 failed, Ludendorff lost his composure and a coalition parliament, headed by Prince Max of Baden took power. Germany declared a "constitutional monarchy". But it was short lived because the Allies refused to negotiate with a monarchy, while Willy and Max had to go a republic was established.
